Portal Update

ger_pubs_data_portal_tile_240x170

We’ve updated some of the data on our Geologic Portal including: tsunami evacuation maps and surface geology at 1:24,000 and 1:100,000 scales.

  • For tsunami evacuation, we’ve fixed some wonky data and more importantly, added the evacuation zones and routes for the area surrounding the Port of Tacoma.
  • We’ve also updated our 24k geologic mapping data with over 50!! new 7.5-minute quadrangles.
  • The 100k update includes the newly published data from the Tacoma quadrangle as well as lots of fixes to pesky fault attributes.
